Terms & Conditions

1. Membership Overview

The Flamingo Club is designed to provide preventative plumbing maintenance, exclusive member discounts, and priority service for residential customers. Membership benefits are available only while the membership is active and payments are current.

Membership benefits apply only to the enrolled customer and service address unless otherwise approved by Flamingo Plumbing & Backflow Services.

Benefits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another property or individual.

2. Membership Term

Flamingo Club memberships are valid for 12 months from the date of enrollment.

Memberships may be billed monthly or annually, depending on the option selected during enrollment.

Membership benefits remain active as long as the membership is current and payments are up to date.

3. Payment Authorization

By enrolling in the Flamingo Club, you authorize Flamingo Plumbing & Backflow Services to charge the payment method provided for the selected membership plan.

Monthly memberships will be billed automatically each month. Annual memberships will be billed as a single payment covering the 12-month membership period.

If a payment fails or cannot be processed, Flamingo Plumbing & Backflow Services reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership benefits until the account is brought current.

4. Cancellation Policy

Flamingo Club memberships may be canceled at any time by contacting Flamingo Plumbing & Backflow Services.

If a membership is canceled before any membership services, inspections, maintenance visits, or discounts have been used, the membership will end and no further monthly payments will be charged.

If the membership was paid in full for the year, cancellation will stop the membership from automatically renewing at the end of the current term. Annual membership payments are non-refundable.

If any membership benefits, services, or discounts have already been used, the membership will remain active for the remainder of the 12-month membership term, and no refunds will be issued.

Cancellation requests must be submitted before the next billing date or renewal date to avoid additional charges.

5. Membership Benefits

Flamingo Club members may receive the following benefits during their active membership period:

• Whole-home plumbing check-up
• Annual water quality test
• Drain camera inspection when needed and as determined by Flamingo Plumbing
• Water heater flush and tune-up
• 10% discount on plumbing repairs
• $500 discount on water heater replacement
• Extended labor warranty on qualifying work performed by Flamingo Plumbing
• Automatic entry into member promotions or giveaways when offered

Flamingo Plumbing & Backflow Services reserves the right to adjust, improve, or substitute equivalent benefits as needed.

6. Scheduling of Maintenance Services

Membership maintenance services must be scheduled during normal business hours and are subject to availability.

Flamingo Plumbing will make reasonable efforts to provide priority scheduling for members, but same-day or emergency appointments are not guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to plumbing fixtures, equipment, and systems during scheduled visits.

7. Discounts and Member Pricing

Membership discounts apply only to services performed by Flamingo Plumbing & Backflow Services. Member discounts:

• Apply only to repair work and services quoted by Flamingo Plumbing
• Cannot be combined with other coupons or promotions unless approved by Flamingo Plumbing
• Do not apply to trip charges, diagnostic fees, permit fees, after-hours fees, or third-party services unless specifically stated

Discounts apply only while the membership is active.

8. Water Heater Replacement Benefit

The water heater replacement discount offered through the Flamingo Club applies only to qualifying water heater replacement services performed by Flamingo Plumbing & Backflow Services.

The discount cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless approved by Flamingo Plumbing.

The discount has no cash value and cannot be applied to previously completed work.

9. Extended Labor Warranty

Extended labor warranties provided through the Flamingo Club apply only to qualifying work performed by Flamingo Plumbing & Backflow Services.

The extended warranty applies only to labor and does not cover materials unless otherwise stated. The warranty does not cover:

• Customer-supplied parts or equipment
• Pre-existing conditions
• Misuse, neglect, or improper maintenance
• Work performed by other contractors
• Damage caused by external factors such as flooding, natural disasters, or structural issues

Warranty coverage may require the membership to remain active and in good standing.

10. Preventative Maintenance Disclaimer

Preventative maintenance services such as inspections, flushes, and tune-ups are designed to help identify potential plumbing issues.

However, these services do not guarantee that plumbing failures, leaks, stoppages, or emergencies will not occur in the future.

Flamingo Plumbing & Backflow Services cannot guarantee the condition or lifespan of existing plumbing systems.

11. Drain Camera Inspection

Drain camera inspections may be provided when needed and when access allows.

Not all plumbing systems allow for camera inspection due to system design, accessibility, or safety concerns.

Flamingo Plumbing reserves the right to determine when a camera inspection is appropriate.

12. Membership Promotions and Giveaways

Flamingo Club members may be automatically entered into special promotions or giveaways when such programs are offered.

Flamingo Plumbing & Backflow Services reserves the right to modify or discontinue promotions at any time.

13. Membership Suspension or Termination

Flamingo Plumbing & Backflow Services reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership benefits for the following reasons:

• Non-payment of membership fees
• Abuse or misuse of membership benefits
• Unsafe conditions at the service location
• Fraudulent activity or misrepresentation

14. Limitation of Liability

Flamingo Plumbing & Backflow Services shall not be liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages related to the Flamingo Club membership program.

The Flamingo Club is a preventative maintenance and customer benefits program and is not an insurance policy.

15. Changes to Terms & Conditions

Flamingo Plumbing & Backflow Services reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Any updates will apply prospectively and will not affect benefits already used during an active membership term.

16. Automatic Renewal

Flamingo Club memberships automatically renew at the end of each 12-month membership term unless canceled by the customer.

For monthly memberships, billing will continue automatically each month until the membership is canceled.

For annual memberships, the membership will automatically renew for an additional 12-month term and the payment method on file will be charged for the renewal unless the membership is canceled prior to the renewal date.

Customers may cancel their membership at any time by contacting Flamingo Plumbing & Backflow Services prior to the renewal date.

By enrolling in the Flamingo Club, the customer authorizes Flamingo Plumbing & Backflow Services to automatically charge the payment method on file for membership renewal in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
