The Flamingo Club is designed to provide preventative plumbing maintenance, exclusive member discounts, and priority service for residential customers. Membership benefits are available only while the membership is active and payments are current.

Membership benefits apply only to the enrolled customer and service address unless otherwise approved by Flamingo Plumbing & Backflow Services.

Benefits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another property or individual.

Flamingo Club memberships are valid for 12 months from the date of enrollment.

All new memberships and renewals cost $295 for a 12-month term and are billed annually. Flamingo does not offer direct monthly billing for new memberships or renewals.

The monthly equivalent is just under $25, calculated by dividing $295 by 12. It is a cost comparison, not a monthly billing option or an Affirm payment quote.

Membership benefits remain active as long as the membership is current and payments are up to date.

By enrolling in the Flamingo Club, you authorize Flamingo Plumbing & Backflow Services to collect the $295 annual membership charge using the payment arrangement agreed at enrollment.

The annual charge covers the 12-month membership period. Affirm financing is available for the $295 annual membership, subject to eligibility and Affirm's terms. Contact our team for application details. Any financing payment schedule and amount are governed by your Affirm agreement, not the monthly cost comparison shown on this website.

If the annual membership price changes, the new price will take effect when your next 12-month membership term begins. Price changes are not applied retroactively, so payments from your current or previous membership terms will not be adjusted, credited, or refunded.

If a payment fails or cannot be processed, Flamingo Plumbing & Backflow Services reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership benefits until the account is brought current.

Flamingo Club memberships may be canceled at any time by contacting Flamingo Plumbing & Backflow Services.

For annual memberships, cancellation stops automatic renewal at the end of the current term. Annual membership payments are non-refundable. Contact us before your renewal date to prevent the next annual charge.

If you financed your membership through Affirm, refer to your Affirm agreement for repayment obligations. Canceling membership renewal does not change that separate financing agreement.

Existing monthly memberships, current term only: If you are completing a previously enrolled monthly-billed term, its existing cancellation rules continue to apply. Before any benefit is used, cancellation ends the membership and stops further monthly payments. Once any benefit has been used, scheduled monthly payments continue through the remainder of the 12-month term and no refunds are issued. Submit a cancellation request before the next applicable billing or renewal date. Any renewal is billed annually, not monthly.

Flamingo Club members may receive the following benefits during their active membership period:

• Annual whole-home plumbing check-up, completed in one scheduled visit and including a water heater flush and tune-up, annual water quality test, and drain camera inspection when needed and access allows
• 10% discount on eligible plumbing repairs, up to $250
• $500 discount on qualifying water heater replacement
• Priority scheduling, subject to availability, and priority phone support for questions and booking
• Extended labor warranty on qualifying work performed by Flamingo Plumbing
• Standard $85 trip fee waived
• After-hours trip fee reduced from $250 to $125
• Automatic entry into member promotions or giveaways when offered

Flamingo Plumbing & Backflow Services reserves the right to adjust, improve, or substitute equivalent benefits as needed.

We’ll reach out to schedule your included annual visit during normal business hours.

Flamingo Plumbing will make reasonable efforts to provide priority scheduling for members, but same-day or emergency appointments are not guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to plumbing fixtures, equipment, and systems during scheduled visits.

Membership discounts apply only to services performed by Flamingo Plumbing & Backflow Services. Member discounts:

• Apply only to repair work and services quoted by Flamingo Plumbing
• Cannot be combined with other coupons or promotions unless approved by Flamingo Plumbing
• Do not apply to trip charges, diagnostic fees, permit fees, after-hours fees, or third-party services unless specifically stated

The standard $85 trip fee is waived for active members. For after-hours visits, the trip fee is reduced from $250 to $125. These trip-fee benefits are separate from the 10% repair discount.

Discounts apply only while the membership is active.

The water heater replacement discount offered through the Flamingo Club applies only to qualifying water heater replacement services performed by Flamingo Plumbing & Backflow Services.

The discount cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless approved by Flamingo Plumbing.

The discount has no cash value and cannot be applied to previously completed work.

Extended labor warranties provided through the Flamingo Club apply only to qualifying work performed by Flamingo Plumbing & Backflow Services.

The extended warranty applies only to labor and does not cover materials unless otherwise stated. The warranty does not cover:

• Customer-supplied parts or equipment
• Pre-existing conditions
• Misuse, neglect, or improper maintenance
• Work performed by other contractors
• Damage caused by external factors such as flooding, natural disasters, or structural issues

Warranty coverage may require the membership to remain active and in good standing.

Preventative maintenance services such as inspections, flushes, and tune-ups are designed to help identify potential plumbing issues.

However, these services do not guarantee that plumbing failures, leaks, stoppages, or emergencies will not occur in the future.

Flamingo Plumbing & Backflow Services cannot guarantee the condition or lifespan of existing plumbing systems.

Drain camera inspections may be provided when needed and when access allows.

Not all plumbing systems allow for camera inspection due to system design, accessibility, or safety concerns.

Flamingo Plumbing reserves the right to determine when a camera inspection is appropriate.

Flamingo Club members may be automatically entered into special promotions or giveaways when such programs are offered.

Flamingo Plumbing & Backflow Services reserves the right to modify or discontinue promotions at any time.

Flamingo Plumbing & Backflow Services reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership benefits for the following reasons:

• Non-payment of membership fees
• Abuse or misuse of membership benefits
• Unsafe conditions at the service location
• Fraudulent activity or misrepresentation

Flamingo Plumbing & Backflow Services shall not be liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages related to the Flamingo Club membership program.

The Flamingo Club is a preventative maintenance and customer benefits program and is not an insurance policy.

Flamingo Plumbing & Backflow Services reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Any updates will apply prospectively and will not affect benefits already used during an active membership term.

Flamingo Club memberships automatically renew at the end of each 12-month membership term unless canceled by the customer.

Renewals are billed annually at $295, subject to the prospective price-change provision above, for an additional 12-month term. Direct monthly billing is not available at renewal, including for customers completing a previously enrolled monthly term.

Unless you cancel before the renewal date, the annual renewal charge will be collected using the authorized payment arrangement on file. Affirm financing for a membership purchase does not itself establish financing for a future renewal; contact our team to discuss payment arrangements before renewal.

Customers may cancel their membership at any time by contacting Flamingo Plumbing & Backflow Services prior to the renewal date.

By enrolling in the Flamingo Club, the customer authorizes Flamingo Plumbing & Backflow Services to automatically charge the payment method on file for membership renewal in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
