What Does the Annual Visit Include?
Your annual visit brings together a whole-home plumbing checkup, water heater flush and tune-up, and water quality test. A drain camera inspection is included when needed and access allows. Call our team with questions about your home’s equipment or the visit’s scope.
How Do I Schedule My Annual Visit?
We’ll reach out to schedule your included annual visit. Visits take place during normal business hours. If you are only home part of the year, let us know your preferred dates when we connect.
What if I Don’t Need Any Repairs This Year?
Your included annual checkup and maintenance visit is still yours to use. Our team can help spot potential issues and explain what needs attention. While preventative care cannot prevent every future plumbing problem, it helps you understand the condition of your plumbing.
Does Priority Scheduling Guarantee Same-Day Service?
We make reasonable efforts to prioritize members when scheduling service. Same-day and emergency appointments are not guaranteed and depend on availability.
Which Repairs Qualify for the Discount?
The 10% discount applies to eligible plumbing repairs, up to $250. We’ll confirm eligibility before work starts. It does not apply to diagnostic fees, permit fees, third-party services, or other excluded charges. Trip-fee benefits are separate, and offers cannot be combined unless approved.
Can I Join if I Already Need Work?
Call before work starts so we can confirm which benefits apply. If your appointment is already booked or the work is complete, ask our team to review eligibility before counting on a discount.
How Do I Pay for My Membership?
New memberships and renewals cost $295, billed annually. That is just under $25 per month when spread across the year, not a monthly payment plan. Prefer to pay over time? Ask our team about Affirm financing, subject to eligibility and terms. Any financing payment amount is determined by your Affirm offer.
Can I Cancel My Membership?
Contact Flamingo before your renewal date to prevent the next annual term. Annual membership payments are non-refundable. For questions about your current membership or renewal, call our team.
Is the Club a Home Warranty or Insurance Policy?
No. The Flamingo Club is a plumbing maintenance and member benefits program for the enrolled service address. Repairs are billed separately with applicable member discounts. The extended labor warranty applies to qualifying Flamingo work under the membership terms.
