Late yesterday, Mr. Phanuel Ulysse arrived at our residence to perform the backflow testing. The test results were excellent and I believe your staff will forward same to the City of West Palm Beach Public Utilities.
This service has been both a challenge for your company as well as for us. However, I must comment that since June I have spoken to various employees and emailed a number of same. In every instance, the employees are good natured and demonstrate a willingness to assist. We do understand system upgrades and changeovers, but were being “pushed” by the City for a response, else we would never have contacted you direct.
Mr. Phanuel possesses a phenomenal personality and that coupled with his extremely professional skill set are exactly what you want representing your company. He obviously is a tremendous asset to your operation and in today’s business world that is what keeps a company in existence. He is a pleasure to talk with and his explanation of the purpose of this device was well received.
